Book a free, confidential 15-minute phone call. Get all your questions answered, and decide if therapy is the right step for you.

STEP 2

SCHEDULE

If you decide that therapy is the right step for you, we will determine a date and time for our first session. Each session will be 45-50 minutes long.

STEP 3

MEET

Once we determine the date and time of our sessions, we will meet virtually for weekly therapy appointments tailored to meet your unique needs.
